Building partnerships with our Families Breaking All Barriers 365 teachers and staff wants to form a strong partnership with you to ensure the best possible experience for your child. Our teachers provide daily communication with families and seek to understand your Childs individuals needs. Developing positive partnerships with the families of the children we teach and care for is one of the most important tasks we have as teachers and caregivers. We offer five Rs — respect, responsiveness and reassurance, relationship, reciprocity, and reflection — to help build trust and promote positive family engagement in our center.
